The simplest way you can update your name, address, telephone number and password is to log in to the My Account section of this website and use the My Profile page to update the required information. If you wanted to update anything else, please get in touch and we will happily assist you.
If you have forgotten your password you can request a reset password link to be emailed to you by clicking here. If you need to you can contact us to make this update for you.
If you are a brand new club contact we will need to move the My Account section of the website from the existing secretary over to you. This can only be done by us and the request must be in writing from you and also the previous secretary that the transfer is acceptable to both parties - for more information please click here.
We require you to have permission from the existing policy holder in order to complete the transfer, this must be done in all circumstances. To get more information, click here.
