    Statement of Demands and Needs

This personal accident insurance product is designed to meet the demands and needs of amateur football clubs that wish to protect their members against the consequences of accidents whilst playing in, training for or travelling to a club fixture resulting in accidental; injury, death or disability. The level of cover you’ve chosen will dictate whether cover includes a weekly benefit in addition to the one-off lump sums.

The Insurance is provided at a minimal level reflecting the minimum requirements of your Association/League and may not meet the personal needs of your club member. You club member should seek additional cover elsewhere, if required.

This is a non-advised sale and no analysis of the market has been carried out on your behalf. Accordingly, this statement does not constitute advice or a personal recommendation.

    Duty of Disclosure

When applying for cover and throughout the duration of your policy it is your duty to disclose all information that might influence Underwriters in deciding whether or not to accept the risk, the terms of the policy and the premium to charge. Your duty of disclosure exists both before the contract commences and throughout the duration of the contract. Failure to disclose all material facts may render the insurance void from inception (the start of the contract) and entitle the insurer to repudiate liability (not pay your claims) If you are unsure if a fact is material you must disclose it. We are happy to provide you with further guidance if you contact us.
