How do we upgrade?

You can upgrade by logging into your existing account (click here) using the email address and password you registered with when you signed up (if you don't know this information, please get in touch).

When you have entered your My Account area you will need to click My Policies then you will be able to see a button that says "Upgrade Now" which will show you all the additional benefits that you can add to your policy - you can also add additional teams in here using the drop down boxes.


I can't see the upgrade options available?

Please make sure you click the arrow on the top right hand corner of each box on the upgrade page to see the available upgrade options.


How does this work?

When you upgrade and proceed through the steps above you can either select to "Pay by Card" or Pay by Cheque" after you select your payment method your order will be saved and we will email you confirmation of your change.

Please note: Your new policy will start the day you upgrade and your existing policy will automatically cancel itself.
